By accessing or using the IRU Vote platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Service. These terms apply to all users including voters, election organizers, observers, and administrators.
IRU Vote is a secure digital voting platform developed and operated by IRU Business Group Ltd (Gahanga, Kicukiro, Kigali, Rwanda). The platform enables organizations to create, manage, and conduct elections digitally, with features including voter registration, candidate management, real-time monitoring, and results reporting.

All content, design, software, and trademarks on the IRU Vote platform are the property of IRU Business Group Ltd. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written consent.
IRU Vote provides the platform on an "as is" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. To the maximum extent permitted by law, IRU Business Group Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Service.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the platform at any time for violations of these terms, fraudulent activity, or any conduct that compromises the integrity of an election. Users may also close their accounts at any time by contacting our support team.
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Republic of Rwanda. Any disputes arising from the use of the IRU Vote platform shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Kigali, Rwanda.
We may revise these Terms of Service at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
